The Malkonig Supreme Coffee Grinder comes with 80mm flat steel burrs designed for amazing uniformity on the finest settings.

These redesigned 80mm burrs are capable of grinding at a rate of 6-7 grams per second, producing a double espresso crop in approximately 3 seconds and cementing the E80 as the fastest espresso grinder in its class. Even at the high rpm required for such fast grinding, the E80's internal temperature, including its burrs, is under control, which is an impressive upgrade from the top.

An active cooling system supported by two fans regulates the environment in the grinding chamber, reducing thermal expansion that may interfere with grinding size.
